Hugging: Sure. Riza doesn't mind hugs.
Flirting: A ok here. Riza may or may not flirt back.
Kissing: Ask first
Sex: ASK FIRST
Fighting: Talk to me first, but I will most likely say yes. Just keep in mind that Riza is a Solider and will fight back and likely injure your character.
Injuring: Just run it by me and we should be fine.
Killing: Not without a lot of plotting before hand.
